To collect information on the local market and in return giving informants free gifts to reward them.

Behind the card is a password that allows user to log on to the wishing star.

These cards will be distributed for free in the public.
User logs on to www.wishter.com and starts filling out the forms, giving us important data that we can use; Age, sex, types of items wanted, exact items, date of want ...
And the IC number to verify the user so that multiple accounts by one person may not be created. Even if created, they may not claim the item because only the person who owns the IC can get it.
Then sell this huge load of information to marketing agencies, research centres and etc.
